Hi YXI friends,

Elon is again criticising the One Big Beautiful Bill on X.

Trump fires back by suggesting Elon has received more subsidies than anyone else, without which Elon would have headed home to South Africa.

Tesla shares traded 5% lower after the close upon the renewed political drama. This is below the 200-day moving average and risks falling outside of our up-trend channel.

Will the shares bounce back today during normal hours?

Our macro-driven models favour the risk-reward for going long given the broader market sentiment. But this type of exogenous events to the company is much less predictable.

Of course, one could argue it’s the inherent Elon risk that comes with the stock - on both the upside and the downside.
