Moreover, Fed's Miran recently commented that he has raised his rate projection due to recent inflation data. This adds hawkish pressure as geopolitical tensions complicate the outlook for monetary policy.
Meta and Google have lost their US court case alleging negligence in designing social media platforms that are harmful to young people. While the fines are small and are subject to appeal, the ruling could expose these tech giants to future, larger lawsuits. The ruling comes at a time when both companies’ price technicals have weakened significantly in the past month.
