While SPY has stayed near the all-time high, the megacaps seem to be rolling over one by one. At the same time, many small caps and crypto names are gaining traction for a recovery.

This is a classic case of rotation that I pointed out at the beginning of the year. New money on the table still wants to add risk, but they are becoming cautious about sticking with the same trades as 2024-25.

We will see a lot of this in the next 12 months. The key is to track the signals across the different asset classes and styles to see where money is headed.
