We saw an incredible V-shape session in equities on Wednesday. The aggressive selloff in the first hour and a half was met with equally aggressive buying after 10:55 am.

PLTR fell to $142 (right at the lower bound of our target zone, as highlighted on Friday), before bouncing back and now already trading at $159 pre-market.

TSLA also tested a lower support line. Today, our ML Model has turned from 1 to 0 for TSLA. It means the model judges TSLA to be “Risk Off” and prefers to sell it at the open.

How long does Risk Off last? One can never tell in advance, but previously, TSLA managed to turn back to risk on just after a day of strong price action. In other assets, we have seen it lasting beyond one or two days.

One must decide for themselves what they should do with this piece of information.
