Hi YXI friends,

It is tempting to be dismissive of the “validity” of the current rally based on pessimistic macro rationales.

We still experience high Fed interest rates, uncertain tariff impact, and ongoing Middle East tensions.

However, one should remember that equity markets are exceptionally good at climbing a wall of worry. It’s been the theme of the raging bull market of the past 2 years.

Many institutional investors are underweight in US equities still. This sets up for potentially another powerful move in the second half of the year.

For now, happy holidays - I hope everyone enjoys a nice long weekend!
