Hi YXI friends,

On Tuesday, we saw new all time highs for SPY and QQQ at the open after the lower-than-expected Core CPI data. However, the market sold into the close on decent volume, suggesting a lot of resistance from the sellers. In the end, SPY closed at a small loss while QQQ eked out a gain.

While a pullback has been waiting (for sometime now), we remain in favourable macro environment for risk assets. Our models are not too twitchy and are happy to stay risk on as long as both the macro and individual price patterns are supportive.
