The problem with being underweight during a straight up rally is “when to enter?”.

With macro uncertainties hanging in the air but few pullbacks to offer, investors face the difficult decision of whether continuing to wait stay on the sidelines.

At some point the spectators may just throw in the towel and join with FOMO. I suspect the incoming dips could be shallow and fast absorbed.
