TSLA & PLTR Systematic Signals

In interpreting the signal, “1” occurs when the model prefers to buy or hold a position in the asset. “0” occurs when the model chooses to sell the asset and stay on the sidelines. There is no “minimum” period for the strategy to remain on either signal.

“Streak” refers to the number of consecutive days the ticker has seen the same signal. This may be useful for determining whether a change in signal is permanent or if a risk regime has been dominant.

PLTR has reverted to 1 after spending just one day at 0. The model is likely relatively neutral, with small market changes pushing the score towards one way or the other.

This is where our “Streak” counter helps. A low streak suggests an inflection point, while a high streak can establish a more dominant trend.
